DIRECTOR/HEALTH OFFICER
Namitha Reddy, MD, MPH
Dr. Namitha Reddy serves as the Director/Health Officer for NWBRHC. She is a physician and has a Master’s in Public Health from Rutgers University. She has served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University and is responsible for overseeing multiple public health programs that provide a wide range of health services to the residents of Bergen County.
Dr. Reddy provides oversight to a diverse multi-disciplinary staff of Public Health Nurses, Registered Environmental Health Specialists, Health Educators, Registrars, business and accounting staff, and other public health professionals at the Commission. This team works together to provide a healthy community for the residents of the municipalities we serve.
Dr. Reddy brings vast experience in Communicable diseases, epidemiology, and emergency response and is responsible for evaluating health problems, planning appropriate activities to address these health problems, developing necessary budget procedures to finance these activities, and directing staff to carry out these activities efficiently and economically.

NJDOH HEALTH OFFICER CONSULTANT
Angela Musella, HO, MS, CHES
Angela served as the Health Officer of NWBRHC from 2005 until her retirement in 2020. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding the operations of a local health department, especially Regional Health Commissions.
Angela carries certifications as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS). As a current employee of the NJ State Department of Health, she brings her expertise to assist NWBRHC staff in various administrative capacities.

SENIOR REGISTERED ENVIRONMENTAL
HEALTH SPECIALIST
Gary Dorsi, REHS
As the Senior REHS, Gary performs high-level work in compliance, enforcement, plan review, training, and other duties as assigned to the environmental health program.
Gary received a Bachelor of Science from Rowan University in addition to a Master of Science and a Master of Public Health from Montclair State University,

Steven Salerno, REHS
Steven meticulously inspects establishments to offer compliance assistance and safeguard the public at locations such as restaurants and pools. He also responds to complaints pertaining to public health to assist residents.
Steven received a Bachelor of Science at Ramapo College of New Jersey.

REGISTERED ENVIRONMENTAL
HEALTH SPECIALIST
Gladys Swanton, REHS
Gladys inspects retail food establishments to ensure they are in compliance with the standards set forth in Chapter 24 of the New Jersey State Health Code. She also inspects public recreational bathing facilities, and temporary food events and follows up on retail food complaints and other public health-related complaints.

Pamela Rosario, REHS
As a Registered Environmental Health Specialist, Pamela Rosario conducts retail food establishments and follows up on Public Health Nuisance Complaints according to the health Code.
In addition, she inspects other facilities such as Child Care Centers, Kennels, and Public Recreational bathing facilities.

PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE
Kirsteen Pinto, BSN, RN-BC
As the Public Health Nurse, Kirsteen manages our adult health clinics and influenza vaccine programs, in addition to following up on communicable diseases. She also coordinates the Child Health Conference clinics that operate on the second Tuesday of every month in Waldwick.

PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE
Christine Luciano, RN
As the Public Health Nurse, Christine assists with adult clinics, follows up on communicable diseases, and assists with school audits. Christine is also a vital part of the COVID-19 vaccine clinic team and assists the community with COVID-related questions and guidance.

VULNERABLE POPULATIONS OUTREACH COORDINATOR
Alexandra Fox, MPH
Alexandra serves as NWBRHC’s Vulnerable Populations Outreach Coordinator (VPOC). Her primary role is to increase local public health capacity to investigate, trace, contain, mitigate, and prevent COVID-19 through targeted outreach to vulnerable populations.
Alexandra received her Bachelor of Science in Health Education with a concentration in Community Health Promotion from the University of Florida in 2019. In May of 2021, she received her Master of Public Health degree from Rutgers University in Social and Behavioral Health Sciences.

REGISTRAR OF VITAL STATISTICS
Carmen Nist, CMR
Carmen oversees all Registrar duties at the Commission, including issuing licenses for marriages, domestic partnerships, and civil unions. In addition, she provides certified copies of birth, marriage, and death certificates, and processes amendments for those events that occurred in Allendale, Emerson, Midland Park, Saddle River, and Waldwick.
In addition to her registrar duties, Carmen manages day-to-day activities at the NWBRHC office.

Corinne Woodward, CMR
Corinne assists with all Registrar duties at the Commission, including issuing licenses for marriages, domestic partnerships, and civil unions. In addition, she provides certified copies of birth, marriage, and death certificates, and processes amendments for those events that occurred in Allendale, Emerson, Midland Park, Saddle River, and Waldwick. She also handles a variety of administrative tasks for the Commission.

TECH SPECIALIST/ALTERNATE REGISTRAR
Dana Anello White, MS, CMR
Dana assists with public communications throughout the NWBRHC jurisdiction, including social media, website, and newsletter publications.
In addition, she assists with Registrar duties at the Commission. These duties include issuing marriage licenses, as well as providing certified copies of birth, marriage and death certificates for those events that occurred in Allendale, Emerson, Midland Park, Saddle River, and Waldwick.
